Three of us birded at Buck Creek State Park (Clark County) this morning. On
the beach there was a single Cackling Goose with over 100 Canada Geese.
There was also a Baird's Sandpiper, a Semipalmated Plover, and a Bonaparte's
Gull there.
In Old Reid Park there was an Osprey.
We walked some of the trails at the horsemen's area off Grant Road and found
8 species of warblers, Red-eyed and White-eyed Vireos, some Indigo Buntings
and other birds.
