We had a great Easter at Sandy Ridge in North Ridgeville! We got great
looks and pictures of the Little Blue Heron, a first for us. Also a first
for us, a Caspian Tern and a brief but good look at a Common Moorhen, very
close to the location to where the Lil Blue was foraging (southern part of
marsh). A Sora was heard calling near the same area. A lesser yellowlegs
put on a show for us as well. A woodcock was dancing just off the path.
At least five yellow rumps. A great day for birding!
