I saw a single Wilson's Warbler on Sat. early evening at OSU Wetlands, just
across the Olentangy River on the bikepath. Also, saw 20+ White Crowned
Sparrows in the tree line that separates the wetlands from Union Cemetery.
I followed them into the cemetery and as I approached a taxus bush to
within arms length, the sparrows would hop out, show their raised crown
feathers and then dart back into the shrub. I had White Crowned Sparrows at
my feet! Also saw the most tangerine colored Baltimore Orioles I have ever
seen.
