I stopped near the Chagrin Blvd/Northfield intersection to look for
the peregrine falcons that
have been reported there recently.

Two were perched near the top of the backside of the building. (Is it
Tower East?)
One bird gave what I'm going to describe as an alarm call
(I've never heard peregrines calling before)
when there was activity in the parking lot at the base of the
building. I kept my
respectful distance.

They can easily be seen from the cemetery, accessed from Northfiled or
Chagrin.

Inga Schmidt
