Hi,  This afternoon at about 12:45 I was walking my dog at Mingo Park in
downtown Delaware and I saw a Bald Eagle take off from the wooded area and
fly north along the Scioto river.  I've seen Bald Eagles before and the
white head and tail on this one were clearly visible.
