Not much disruption from dogs, beach goers, swimmers, and four wheelers. Highlights were the cooperative Red Knot, a large (est 18 -22) flock of Avocets which didn't stay long, a Willet which did, and a few Baird's SP, Stilts, Sanderlings, and a Sora. Rose-breasted Grosbeak - 1, male
A sharp squeak alerted me to the presence of a grosbeak. As soon as I looked out the kitchen door, I spotted an adult nonbreeding male in the lilac bush and, then, atop the small globe sunflower feeder.
