While home with my post-op better half yesterday I got a shot of the northern 
mockingbird that's been hanging around most of the winter for suet and berries 
on the side of the house (wild grapes I think).

Also wanted to mention the upcoming open house at CLSP dike 14 this coming 
Sunday, from 1-4, adjacent to Gordon Park/E.72nd st, from 1 to 4 pm, with guided 
walks at 1:30 and 2:30.  You might need to register at the Park office, just 
East of the dike itself.  It's being billed as a backyard bird count event as 
well as a winter photo safari, to be followed by an exhibition/contest at the 
park office in March.  From their flyer:
