Towpath trail north from S
Highlights from a hot and sticky morning...
Towpath trail north from Station Rd. to the eagle nest viewing site - yellow,
cerulean, yellow-throated, and hooded warblers;common yellowthroats; lots of
warbling and red-eyed vireos and Acadian flycatchers; a pair of bluebirds at
their nest hole, singing yellow-billed cuckoo.
Towpath trail from Red Lock to Boston - similar to the Station Rd. list
(including the cuckoo) but delete cerulean warbler and add yellow-throated
vireo.
Blue Hen Falls Trail - pewee, hooded warber, Louisiana waterthrush, veery and
more, all singing.
