Sean Williams and I just returned from an excellent morning at Hoover Resevoir in Delaware County.  There were 21 Franklin's Gulls on an island north of the Sunbury Rd causeway. From the boardwalk at the north end we had the following highlights:

1 White Pelican (still remaining)
8 Black-bellied Plover, also 1 probable American (far off)
2 Hudsonian Godwits
1 Willet
10 Dunlin
4 Sanderlings
8 Black Vultures
1 Lapland Longspur
1 Pine Siskin
