Still seeing the scoter at overton pond location near wooster.

Better light today, longer looks, and heard it.

The question is surf vs white-winged.  Two white patches are obvious on the face.  In flight, NO white obvious on wings.  Great "toot" call in flight, which is only listed under surf on Sib iPhone app -- unless both make that sound it was 100% Surf.  If both make the same call in flight, and juvenile white-wing doesn't always have white on wings, back to being unsure.

Will get some pics up on FB's Birding Ohio in a few minutes...
