Hello all,
 I went over to Jasper-Pulaski Wildlife Area for the
weekend. This is over by North Judson Indiana. I was
watching the Sandhill Crane migration stopover. There
were several members of the Columbus Audubon Society
there as well. The best counts I could give for the
day on Sat/Sun, were somewhere between 3000 and 5000
cranes in the area. Also some Red Tail Hawks, and
Turkeys. This park is an annual stopover point, and
usually holds large numbers of cranes. Pretty cool to
see that many birds in one area.
