I know it's been a couple of days but I got a great look at a Barred Owl at O"Neil Woods Metro Park on Saturday. 25 feet off the ground out in the open in a small tree 130p.

N 41 10.136 W 81 35.385 heading 350 incase you are the GPS type.

You can also see the tree on the OBBA satellite photo. Locate O'Neil Woods on the map just north of Bath Rd. Find the parking lot and look to the SE end. Keep looking SE and see the lone pine tree away from the clump of pines. He was sitting there facing east toward the path.
