While working on some private land owned by ONU in southwestern Hardin Co., just north of Roundhead, I saw two singing Sedge Wrens and third not singing. This area was rich with sparrows a few weeks ago, including: Henslow's, Grasshopper, Savannah, Song, Swamp, Field, Vesper and Chipping. Yesterday wasn't as productive, sparrow-wise, but the Sedge Wrens were lifers for me.

Other birds sighted yesterday:

Ring-necked Pheasant
Turkey Vulture
Red-tailed Hawk
