The Cedar Point Causeway between Huron & Sandusky continued to be productive today (9/19). Shorebirds seen (higher numbers rough estimates)
  Black-bellied Plover     3
  Semipalmated Plover  15
  Killdeer                      15
  Greater Yellowlegs      10
  Lesser Yellowlegs       75
  Hudsonian Godwit         2
  Red Knot                     2
  Semipalmated Sandpiper 75
  Least Sandpiper              20
  White-rumped Sandpiper    2
  Pectoral Sandpiper           50
  Dunlin                            1
  Stilt Sandpiper               100
  Short-billed Dowitcher        3
  Common Snipe                1
  Red-necked Phalarope     5

  10 species of ducks on the west side of the causeway. 16 species of warblers on the walk through Sheldon Marsh just east of the causeway. 100 species seen between Sheldon Marsh & the causeway.
