Ah, the power of oaks.  I was stuck near home, so I visited Gahanna Woods Preserve (which has few oaks) and a nearby private forest (whihc has many).  Overall bird numbers were roughly similar, largely because Gahanna Woods had many edge species.  The oak forest, however, had lots of oak-focused birds: 14+ Blue Jays, 8+ red-bellied Woodpeckers, 6+ red-headed Woodpeckers, along with lots of nuthatches and titmice.  It looks like a good year for lowland oak acorns here in central Ohio, so it might be a good time to check them for oak specialists like wild turkeys and Red-headed woodpeckers.
