Hello Everyone,
I want to invite everyone to participate in a
blockbusting weekend for the Ohio Breeding Bird Atlas
II. It is taking place from June 6-8 and is being
sponsored by the Columbus Avid Birders group. Free
tent camping will be provided at the Shawnee State
Park group campground, which is a very nice
campground. We will meet at the campground Friday
evening, Atlas all day on Saturday, atlas Sunday
morning and depart for home in the afternoon. If
people are interested, we could make a group excursion
into Adams County on Saturday evening to look for
Chuck-will's-widows. If you are a beginning birder
and would like to learn about the atlas, this would be
a great opportunity to team up with some more
experienced people. If you have questions or are
interested in participating, please email me or call @
614-751-6622. I hope to see you in June!!

Good birding!
Brad Sparks
