The Common Redpoll was last seen Friday evening at about 7:30. For seven days he was in our backyard in Mahoning County. His stay was from April 19th thru April 25th. It is pretty interesting taking photographs of a Redpoll in Ohio ,with blooming Grape Hyacinths and blooming Forsythia in the background ,instead of a snowy backdrop.
Also, how often in Ohio do you think you can have a Common Redpoll and a Baltimore Oriole for yard birds in the same day!!!

                            Still amazed by it all!!!
