Cliff Swallows are back at their nests under I-70 where is crosses the
Scioto R. in Columbus. Nests are on the west side, mostly on the
northwest corner. They are best observed from Dodge Park, accessed by
McDowell St., which can be entered from Broad, Rich or Town Sts.
