At 6 pm as I was driving on Manchester Rd. north of Center Rd. (DeLorme
51, A6), a single Sandhill Crane flew from east to west. It didn't seem
to have any particular destination in mind as its path began to meander
northwest, north, and back towards the west/northwest again.

There was a female Rose-breasted Grosbeak in my yard last evening.

birds he would have done better to preach to the cats." -- Rebecca West
