As of about 5:00 pm today, one Marbled Godwit was hanging out near the
boardwalk at Hoover Reservoir in Columbus, along with a Short-billed
Dowitcher. There were a couple of killdeer and one yellowlegs (species
undetermined). Things are getting pretty slow!

In addition, there were about seven shorebirds that appeared to be Dunlin;
if that's correct, they are the first that I've seen this season. The
"appeared" part is because they were distant with poor lighting and they
decided to take off shortly after Mary found them. They were accompanied in
flight by three peeps, probably Least Sandpipers.
