I, too got to see the Franklin's Gulls this morning from around 11:30
until 12:15 and they were lifers for me. I have "chased" this gull
for several years and always come up empty when I could get to the
site. Many thanks to Bill Stanley for the initial report and Donald
Morse's images to give me an idea of what to look for as I have so
little experience with gulls. These gulls were pretty cooperative and
I got some nice images:
