I'll be in Dublin for a meeting this coming weekend and have a day spare (Saturday 18 Oct) and was hoping to fit in a bit of birding. Will probably get a car for the day and was wondering if anyone could point me at the best couple of sites close to Dublin, perhaps with some shorebirds and waterbirds as well as wee brown jobs? I looked briefly at the Ohio Birds site guide but, as an out-of-towner, without trawling through them all I can't easily identify the ones I should target.
Any help appreciated.
