Lenna Mae and I made a hurried trip to Melvin this afternoon. In addition to the huge group of Canadas there were at least two of the Ross's Geese which Jay Lehman reported earlier, along with ten Snow Geese, one of them Blue Phase. They were coming and going and for a few minutes none were there. The geese along with some Bufflehead, Ring-necks and Mallards made quite a site.
