Here in Claridon Twp. I had a good selection of birds at my feeder today:
Beside my usuals there were 2 pair of purple finches, the first chipping sparrow I've seen at my
feeder, 3 juncos- 2 male, 1 female (they haven't been regulars lately), a red-breasted nuthatch that
visited the feeder and called from the blue spruce in the front yard, and coolest of all, a fox sparrow
scratching the ground under the feeder (the first I've seen this year).
