Here are the species Mary Warren, naturalist at Magee Marsh, and I saw
today, July 16, at Magee Marsh. Nothing terribly exciting, but it was a
nice day to be outside looking for birds.

Canada goose

Trumpeter swan

Wood duck

Mallard

Pied-billed grebe

Double-crested cormorant

Great blue heron

Great egret

Green heron

Black-crowned night-heron

Bald eagle

Cooper's hawk

Red-tailed hawk

Killdeer

Least sandpiper
