TIME: 8:00am-12:15pm; 1:30pm-4:30pm TEMP.: 20-44 COND.: Sunny, wind W/SW at 5-10mph; spotty snow cover; marshes mostly frozen with a few open areas; Lake Erie frozen.
ROUTES: Same usual morning and afternoon routes except for eagle nesting areas.
