Birding was picking up today with small groups of warblers in muliple spots in the park.  Cuckoos calling on the lake trail.  Saw the cuckoos flying back and forth near the blinds. 

Warblers seen:
Black throated green (male and female)
yellow rumped
chestnut sided
nashville
palm
canada 
hooded (male and female)
common yellowthroat
magnolia
black and white
cape may (female)
blackburnian
tennessee
blue winged (heard)
ovenbird (heard)
blackpoll (heard)
louisiana waterthrush (heard)
parula (heard)

summer tanager
scarlet tanager
swainson's thrush
woodthrush (building nest)
veery
brown thrasher
indigo bunting
rose breasted grosbeak
yellow billed cuckoo 
red eyed vireo
warbling vireo
least flycatcher
eastern peewee
