Sorry for the late report... Monday evening I saw and got photos of the 
Red-necked and Wilson's phalarope reported on rarebird.org at Pipe Creek. 
Also saw two Black-bellied Plover.
Tuesday morning was spent at Conneaut; Craig covered all the bases in his 
report. Cool to watch the Cooper's Hawk create havoc in the sandspit 
attack!
