Jim McConnor and I showed up at Sunset Park around 11 this moring hoping
to see the Long-tailed Jaeger seen by Jen Brumfield earlier. Of course,
since Jerry Talkington saw likely the same bird at Conneaut 1.5 hours
later, we did not see it and Sunset Park. Later, Sue Pryor and her husband
Paul showed up a little bit later and joined us at Fairport. Here are some
highlights from today's cold, windy birding day.

Sunset Park, Willoughby
1 Bald Eagle

Fairport Harbor Boat Dock, Fairport Harbor
1 Bonaparte's Gull
1 Caspian Tern
2 Forster's Tern
2 Purple Martin

Veteran's Park, Mentor
Birds seen by me only. I had very little time at Veteran's and it was just
a quick walk through to see what was there.
2 Epidonax sp.
Philadelphia Vireo
2 Black-thr. Green Warbler
3 Blackpoll Warbler

Jim McConnor's Yard, Mentor-on-the-Lake
Seen by Jim only
