I spent a few days in the past week in northern Ross County.    Didn't see
anything too unusual, but on Monday Dec. 13th, I saw a Northern  Harrier
hunting in Pickaway County, west of Circleville, nearf the US 22  and SR 104
intersection.  It was hunting low over corn stubble and  grassland.
