My wife and I moved to a new home about a year ago, but bought the property 3 years ago. Up to yesterday we had 58 species of birds that we've seen (I have trouble Identifying birds by sound) otherwise the list would be longer I'm sure. Yesterday my wife saw something sitting in the grassland, groundhog?, but no it was a Barred Owl, it hung around long enough to watch it through the spotting scope for awhile. We're now up to 59 yard birds.
