Greetings!

I was driving down through Roberts and Johnson Rds, and found a pair of Harriers, on female, one male...my first male of the year.  This is also the first Harriers in two years that have been back in that area, last year, was completly dry. The year before, there were 3 pair in that area, so seeing this pair is a hopeful sign that things will improve.

Kestrels and Redtailed were in the area as well.

Does anyone know the best time to start looking for LEOs?  I figure that near Christmas, areas will settle down from hunting that it will be safe enough to go looking, but I really am courious as to the first and last reporting dates for central Ohio, if anyone has them.  Thanks.
