Drove through Greenlawn briefly this afternoon. No sign of the great horned owls near the nest site. I did have the merlin in section 69 at the top of a large sycamore. Other birds of note were a fox sparrow in a mixed flock of juncos and white-throated sparrows in section87 and a red-breasted nuthatch at the feeders. Lots of sparrow activity in the cemetery, so it's worth driving about the grounds.
