With the stall in the migrations due to the
weather, Saturday and Sundays have been
pridicted as the next "big" days for influxes (word?)
of our favorite little travelers.
Dike 14 will be open this Saturday and I'm
thinking that it should be worth a peek. I
believe that the gates open at 8 AM - I will
check on it and re-post, but I wanted to let
all know about it so they may make plans.
Habitat there is interesting with LOTS of low
brush/trees and grassy areas. I'm sharpening my
warbler and sparrow skills as we speak.
As I stated, I will get "for sure" gate opening
times and post it later in the week.
For those who do not know where it is - it
is just off of the MLK Jr exit on I-90 a few miles
east of downtown Cleveland. Parking is both
east and west of the exit on the lake.
