Greetings!

Well I ORIGINALLY went to Big Island Wildlife Area to get some Dragons
and Damsels...but I was treated to a few closeup views of Marsh
Wrens...with no pictures.

And then a few steps past the handicap use hunting blind, a Virginia
Rail called out with I guess it's balloon squeak sound warning call. I
got a few typical shots of a Virgina Rail...behind reeds with only parts
showing. Here they be:

I did hear another Rail in the area calling with the clicking call.

For those that like Dragons and Damsels I did add a few Pondhawks today:

Awesome day was cut by an equally...no more awesome storm cell that
popped up...I got home and a tree was lying in the road right beside my
house! We had everything but a tornado in few short minutes. WOW!

Have a great weekend.

Steve J.
