Greetings all -
I received an ebird "alert" on Sunday the 26th that listed a LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE (observed June 25th, 2011) on the immediate NW side of the James M. Cox Dayton International Airport. The location map pinpointed the sighting to be on Dog leg Road (runs north-south), near its intersection with Old Springfield Road (runs east-west). The sighting was SOUTH of the intersection of these two roads by a quarter mile or less, from what I can tell on the map.
Anyone have further info on this bird? best of birding - Jen
