today, at Woods Road wetland(southwest of Rossburg):
3 lesser yellowlegs
2 greater yellowlegs
2 least sandpipers
1 short-billed dowitcher
about 80 tree swallows with some barn swallows mixed in.
There were other birds there, as well, like dickcissel and gr. bl. heron
Troy Shively, on Thurs., found a singing BLue Grosbeak on Larimer Road just north of Greenville. It was in an wood's edge area along an old graveled railroad bed.
