Thanks to all who responded with birding site ideas for this area, where I'm staying with my son for a week.
 
Today was wonderful for birding, especially with the Brant, which is a life bird for me.
 
Flooded fields near Bellevue:
Trumpeter Swan (no yellow lores/rounded back), @100
