I talked to someone this morning that did see the Black-necked Stilts on
Friday at Kiser Lake after I left. Apparently they are hanging out in the
southeast corner of the lake which has some areas where the birds can hide.
Some of the area is very difficult to observe and it may take some time for
them to come into view. I am going to check again this afternoon and will
let you know what I find.
