Birds heard and seen today (4/12) on the Hockhocking-Adena Bike Path in the Glen Ebon area off of Co. Road 4 (adjacent to the Hocking River).
                Blue-gray Gnatcatcher
                Northern Parula
                Yellow-throated Warbler
                Black-throated Green Warbler
Carolina Chickadee
                American Robin
                American Crow
                Wood Ducks

On 4/9 we observed a Great Egret in what appear to be constructed wetlands along St. Rt. 7 near Newell's Run.
On 4/9 we also confirmed a nesting bald eagle on an island near Belpre. Technically, this puts the eagle in WV.
