Clear Creek was quite lively at times this AM. A bit too lively with large mixed flocks moving quickly thru the thick foilage. Much chasing & bill-snapping. I was tipped off to the flocks by v vocal Wht-breasted Nuthatches. I'm sure I missed a few species.
Most interesting to me was what was singing in mid-sept: White-Eyed Vireo, Hooded Warbler, Com Yellowthrt along w/Carolina Wren.
Am Redstart (incl a couple males)
Blk-throated Green (also good nos)
Black & White
E Wood Pewee (calling & seen)
