I don't think I understand your point. Nobody gets "their" archival records
accepted. Archival records are older records, from people who are not on
eBird, which are well-documented, and which Vic has taken the time to enter
into the database. There are lots more than he hasn't entered yet. I would
think that getting the eBird list to match the official Ohio list would be
a pretty low priority - that's not what eBird is about.
