We have an open lake again surrounding the Bass Islands. In this unusual winter, we have had ferries running again until this weekend.
Elizabeth Heineman and I took a drive around and found.
Chapman's Point-13 Tundra Swans
6 Common Goldeneye
Just north of South Bass between Perry's Victory and IPM and the Massie Cliffside Preserve
20 Common Goldeneye
30 Red-breasted Merganser
Put-in-Bay Harbor 1 Horned Grebe
6 Bufflehead
2 Ring-necked Ducks
A belted kingfisher was at Middle Bass State Park marina last weekend-seen Saturday and Sunday.
