After seeing a post about this trail, I checked it out this AM. It was not terribly active but certainly a pleasant walk although I got caught towards the end of the trail by light rain & not realizing this was a fairly long trail, I had not brought my rain gear (still in AZ mode where we didn't worry about running into rain v often!).

Best bird was a heard Prairie Warbler as I was dashing through the field by Heritage Farms trying to get back into the cover of the woods to avoid the increasing rain. White-eyed Vireos were also singing at this spot. E Kingbird.

Some other highlights: a number of Blue-winged Warblers singing & a few showing well. Am Redstarts, YTs, Pine, Hooded, Magnolia.

Chimney Swifts, Pileated, RB & Hairy WPs. E Wood Peewee. Indigo Buntings. Thought I heard an RB Nut as well.
