Saw 37 species at and around Stages Pond 4/27/13, a warm, sunny day bursting with
wildflowers. Species included:
Orchard Oriole
Tree Swallow
Brown Headed Cowbird
N. Mockingbird
Eastern Kingbird
Great Crested Flycatcher
Northern Cardinal
Red Bellied Woodpecker
N. Flicker
Tree Sparrow
Song Sparrow
Carolina Wren
Winter Wren
White Throated Sparrows MANY!
Carolina Chickadee
Tufted Titmouse
American Crow
Blue Jay
Golden Crowned Kinglet
Eastern Towhee
Eastern Bluebird
American Robin
Turkey Vulture
Red Winged Blackbird
Canada Goose
European Starling
Red Tailed Hawk
Barn Swallow
Ring Necked Pheasant
Common Yellowthroat
Warbling Vireo
Blue Gray Gnatcatcher
Yellow Warbler
Palm Warbler (numerous)
Yellow Rumped Warbler (numerous)

Seen between 10:30am and 2:00pm.
