The Island Road Quarry, just west of Circleville, continues to amaze me.
Today there were 3 Long-tailed Ducks, one a beautiful male still in winter
plumage. There were also three grebe species - 1 Red-necked, 1 Horned, and
3 Pied-billed. Additionally, there were coots, scaup, CAGOs, RBGUs, Am.
Widgeons and an immature Bald Eagle.
