The Avocet found on Labor Day was still there this morning about 11 a.m.. There were also:
Can. Geese
Great Blue Herons
Killdeer at least 12
a flock of maybe peeps about 16
about 10 swallows flying around too far away to tell what kind. The south pond is completely dry and the north pond now has the corn in front of it harvested so it is easier to see what is there.
