I paid another visit to Zaleski today. All the middle period arriving forest warblers are all back in full force. Blue-winged, N Parula, Prairie, Cerulean, B&W, Am. Redstart, Worm-eating, Ovenbird, and Hooded are present in all their usual places and numbers. The same goes for White-eyed and Yellow-throated Vireos. Red-eyed Vireos and Scarlet Tanagers are fairly common, but not yet at maximum abundance. That will likely change withing a day or two. The last wave of arrivals hasn't shown up yet (KY, Y-b Chat, Indigo Bunting, E Pewee, Acadian), but some of those are undoubtedly already present further S at Shawnee.

Early morning on the ridges produced some migrants - mainly Y-rumps, but also a Nashville, a B. Oriole, and a Gr. Creasted Flycatcher.
