There were a lot fewer gulls today, but a lot more ducks with good variety.
Nothing really out of the ordinary.
Location- Lakeshore Reservation, North Perry, Lake County
Date- January 21, 2007, Time- 7:30-10:30
Weather- Cloudy to partly cloudy,
Winds- SE 10-15 decreasing to 5-10
Temperature- 25-26 F, Barometer- 30.24-30.34
Humidity- 69-68, Dew point- 16-17
Waves- 2-3 decreasing to 1-2,
Flight direction- gulls west, ducks east
Canada goose 23
Gadwall 3
American black duck 12
Mallard 39
Northern pintail 2
Canvasback 3
Bufflehead 2
Common merganser 88
Red-breasted merganser 1439
