I had an adult male WHITE-WINGED CROSSBILL at my feeders in North Perry,
Lake County this morning. The bird was present off and on from about
8:30-10:00, but hasn't been seen since. I have had few birds since a
sharpie buzzed through.
It has been a great morning at the feeders with 3 common redpolls, 5 pine
siskins, 1 fox sparrow, 1 brown creeper, and at least 5 red-breasted
nuthatches being seen. It's looking like a great winter for feeders.
